LO1 - Treatment

working title - 'Are footballers heading for trouble' 

Genre - Documentary 

Synopsis -  The documentary will be covering the issues involving footballers heading the ball and the long term impacts it has. the main areas of discussion will be studies done by universities and scientists ect, may involve interviews with people who watch or play football to get multiple opinions, footage of matches and the possible neurodegenerative diseases it can and does cause such as dementia. In this instance it will be regarding the long term causes of heading a football, although this is a recognized issue in the football world i don't believe enough light is brought onto the subject, therefore i aim to further endeavor into the issue and hopefully encompass a conclusion in my documentary by taking the opinions from others and looking into proper medical research.

Cast required -( Myself, Liam, Dylan...) I have a few people i can feature, a lot with previous acting experience in front of a camera as well as people who don't have the experience but will be helpful in the documentary for opinions and 'football talk'

Crew required - i will do all the primary filming and camera work however may need someone to help with audio. I think i will manage most other jobs on my own like editing and other post production.

Locations - Multiple different locations will be used however lots of football pitches and possibly things such as stadiums to feature as the visual content needs to be fitting with the theme, other shorter less frequent locations for establishing shots etc, these can be taken around my local area of countryside views and nature.

Props -  I don't think too many props and costumes will be needed, just a football and kit, nets... (more will be added) however most are already provided at the filming location
